    Yes Barb, I believe they are exactly the same just less images therefore "mini" and cost less. I will post answers as soon as Provo Craft starts releases info.

    As far as availability, I'm sure anyone who sells Provo Craft/Cricut items will have access to order and sell these.

    It is without shipping, I'm thinking a flat rate envelope will fit the 3 of them. So, Shipping should be $4.95 in the US.
    They won't weigh much so I'm sure shipping anywhere won't be alot of money.
